Role

The Irrigation Foreman will oversee and manage all irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repair aspects. This role involves leading a team of technicians to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. The Foreman will uphold the highest quality standards in every project, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision

Oversee and manage the irrigation team’s daily work.

System Implementation

Plan and carry out irrigation system installations, upgrades, and repairs.

Site Evaluation

Assess sites to figure out irrigation needs and create efficient solutions.

Standards Compliance

Follow industry standards, safety rules, and environmental guidelines.

Staff Development

Train and guide team members to improve their skills.

Client Engagement

Talk to clients clearly about their questions and project updates.

Qualifications

Irrigation System Expertise

Experience installing and maintaining irrigation systems.

Leadership and Team Coordination

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Problem-Solving Precision

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Blueprint Comprehension

Ability to understand blueprints and technical drawings.

Client Communication Skills

Good communication and customer service skills.

Driving Eligibility

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
